At B Square Trade Academy, we strive to deliver quality training programs and ensure satisfaction for every learner. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or cancellations are permitted.

1. Course Fees and Payment

• All course fees must be paid in full before course commencement unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

• Payment confirms seat reservation and access to course materials, whether online or offline.

2. Cancellation by Participant

• Before Course Start:

  • If cancellation is requested at least 7 days before the course start date, a full refund will be processed, after deducting a 10% administrative fee.

  • If cancellation is requested less than 7 days before the course start date, no refund will be provided, but the participant may request rescheduling to a future batch (one-time only, within 60 days).

• After Course Start:

  • Once the course has started, no cancellations or refunds will be accepted under any circumstances.

  • This applies to all types of training (classroom, online live, or pre-recorded).

3. Cancellation by B Square Trade Academy

• In the rare event that a course is canceled by us due to unforeseen circumstances (such as low enrollment, trainer unavailability, or natural calamities), participants will be offered:

  • A full refund with no deductions, or

  • A transfer to another available batch or course of equal value, as per the participant’s choice

4. Non-Transferability

• Fees paid for any course are non-transferable to another individual.

• Name changes or access transfers are not allowed once access has been granted or classes have begun.

5. Mode of Refund

• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7 to 10 business days of approval.

• No cash refunds will be provided.
